Big Brother

There's bad Big Brother - like when MLS tries to control individual teams from making deals with players.

Then there's other types of soccer bros.

Can't STAND league dictators!!!

As for part two: AWWWWWWWW, the video, priceless! And your article hit home quite literally.

I have four kids close together, so anyone who wanted to take the youngest out to play was welcome. I used to wonder if it was a bit negligent not checking on my son and his baby sister more often. But now that she's ending a successful high school career and trying out for college teams, I often think back with relief that I didn't "protect" her from spending her formative years stuck in goal or any other opposing role her brother chose for her. No matter who she plays against, whatever age or sex, she's impossible to intimidate -- and not very easy to push off the ball! That early training can't be beat.

Yep, I had an older brother to play soccer with. Wouldn't trade those childhood games for anything.
