Sangre americana J17

The regular season is over in Mexico but all four of the First Division Americans we've kept tabs on have reached the postseason. Michael Orozco's San Luis side will face Jose Francisco Torres' Pachuca club in the repechaje, or wild-card, round while Daniel Hernandez and Jaguares as well as Edgar Castillo and Santos reached the Liguilla directly.

Here's how they finished off their regular season campaign, as well as a debut for another young American.

Michael Orozco: Did not play in San Luis' 4-1 loss at Santos.

Jose Francisco Torres: Played final 33 minutes in Pachuca's 0-0 draw at Pumas.

Edgar Castillo: Played 90 minutes in Santos' 4-1 win against Santos.

Daniel Hernandez: Played 90 minutes in Jaguares' 2-2 draw with Chivas.

Sammy Ochoa: Played the final 27 minutes in Tecos' 0-0 draw with Veracruz. Ochoa's minutes were the first he played in the First Division this season and the first since Feb. 14, 2007.
